" Dear members of the incubation committee,

I am very glad to hereby submit the application for OSGeo incubation on behalf of the FOSS project deegree (​http://www.deegree.org).

I already discussed with Markus Neteler and Jeroen Ticheler the question of finding a mentor for the incubation process. I want to suggest them both as possible mentors with Markus more on the "organizational" and Jeroen on the "technical" side of things.

Please use myself as the main point of contact for the incubation process.
