List the folders that PEER1 needs to back up for us

Description
Please explicitly list the folders/files that we need to be backing up to external storage at PEER1. I've added a section to this wiki page for it: http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/SAC:Backups#Daily_PEER1_Backup
Their backup pricing policy has changed and we are limited to 50GB (for each server), including several incrementals that they take over a fair long period of time. We are to meet this size limits before January, or else we start to get billed extra.

I'll submit the ticket to PEER1 for this, using the folders/files as listed here

Ticket submitted to PEER1, with a request to also change the backup frequency to weekly.

Anyone have time to look at this yet.. before the new year? Do we yet have a folder assigned for storing backup files? I can pass the info along to PEER1, but it is preferred to just submit a support ticket to them.
