Drupal aliases in FDO and MapGuide are broken, please fix!

None of the links in the left sidbar on the MapGuide or FDO sites are working. The sites are essentially broken.

no internal links to admin tools or content are working, with or without aliases, e.g.

so this suggests it's a clean URL problem, because this works:

http://mapguide.osgeo.org/?q=node/30

I will see what I can do, but not sure how Wolf did it all with the main site.

I've temporarily disabled the use of "clean urls" in the mapguide and fdo sites. They now work, but you will notice slightly different url path, as noted in previous note. Leaving ticket open until we can get this fixed.

The trouble was that drupal was interpreting the requests differently after the upgrade. We're improving some of the file management abilities behind drupal.

I've set docroots for mapguide, fdo and mapbender back to point to the same root as the main drupal install. Now drupal intercepts the requests and acts accordingly.

Should work as normal now.
