Translation broken for QGIS sub page menu

Description
The left hand menu for http://www.osgeo.org/qgis appears in a different language even if English is selected.
Other project sub pages seem to not be affected: http://www.osgeo.org/mapserver

I'm assuming this is no longer an issue.

I just tested in safari and firefox, when logged in and when logged out, and I can't replicate the behaviour. It worked fine for me. I wonder where the wires are getting crossed? Can you try it from a couple different PCs?
