Description
Suchith (on behalf of the ICA-OSGeo Lab network) has asked me to add a link on our main osgeo.org page:
- under "OSGeo Community" section on left panel
- between "Education" and "Blogs"
- add "Geo4All" --> http://www.geo4all.org/
I can do this myself, but I wanted to follow proper protocol by creating a ticket.

Ha, I've stopped following 'protocols' since then, because, well this ticket is an example. Tackling this now! :)

Jeff, consider yourself encouraged to make this change. I can't seem to figure out how to edit the content of the blocks even though I can configure some things about them.

Ok thanks Frank. I agree, it's trickier than it should be. I've added a new item (and disabled a few that aren't used).
