foss4g 2007 / 2010 offline

Description
The old sites for 2007 and 2010 are offline. 2010 appears to have been commented out of the apache file. 2007 is commented in, but maybe is missing a server alias for 2007.foss4g.org.

I've placed a static version foss4g2007-static.zip in my home directory on 2007.foss4g.org, so that site can be brought back up.

Note that http://mum03.mapserver.org/ also seems to be in the same group of sites to bring back up (it was mentioned in #1322 which has been closed as duplicate)

http://2010.foss4g.org and http://2007.foss4g.org are both online and this ticket is 6 years old so assume moot
mum03.mapserver.org - not sure if that is supposed to be up or not.
At anyrate both 2010 and 2007 are on osgeo7 now.
Yes all of the the old foss4g sites that run php are offline until sometime has time to do a security audit and possible updates to old php code. We've been discussing ways to static archive such sites to facilitate safer retirement.
