Please create a mailing list for Spanish speaking QGIS users

I don't see this existing german speaking qgis list on ​http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo - could you be more specific about the name you would like for the list?

See #342 - but the german list is unused - so it could actually be removed.

In any case, the presence of a German spaking ML is not particularly relevant. A Spanish speaking one would be good to have. I suggest qgis-es as list name.

I've added you Paolo along with me as admins. I'd prefer to having someone you trust as co-admin but if not I'm ok having another list on my bag :-)
