FDO and MapGuide Websites Missing

The http://mapguide.osgeo.org and http://fdo.osgeo.org/ Drupal based web sites are missing today, instead the OSGeo drupal site is being showed. It is not clear how long this has been the case.
Possibly related to the Peer1 firewall replacement?

I think Alex, or an associate has now fixed this. I'll leave the ticket open for details on what was done.

This might be a greater problem pertaining to subdomains in general. planet and live seems to be down as well.

Hmm, planet.osgeo.org and live.osgeo.org is hosted on webextra at OSL, but i'm also seeing a problem with it.

It seems that almost all links from FDO homepage are broken (404). It is related to this problem?

It seems that the MapGuide site works fine, while for the similar FDO site no further links beyond the front page work. I've skimmed the configurations and they seem similar. The FDO mysql db seems ok at a glance.
Perhaps i'll be able to look into this more at work.

I am still seeing the FDO site as being unavailable past the front page. It was working for a short period earlier today, but now has reverted back to the broken state. What status can you share?

Sorry missed this comment. Yes it appears that outside the homepage drupal is only serving on https. That led me to a solution.
fdo2.osgeo.org and https://fdo.osgeo.org were working. What was different:
DocumentRoot /var/www/fdo <- breaks DocumentRoot /var/www/html <- works
Appears fixed now. Please verify.
ssh access to server is currently blocked making further investigation hard (#1255).
