Description
Hi,
Lately, I've been obliged to regularly delete spam content added by user 'butoijoh' on http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/GdalOgrInPython . See for example http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/GdalOgrInPython?action=diff&version=31 . I deleted the spam this morning, and that robot re-added it minutes later. Could we just ban this account forever ?

I have manually reset the password of this spammer, though that doesn't really do much to stop them.
