projection setting for WFS servers

Here is an example of the problem :

  - a map file has a projection of lat/long (using espg code)
  - a layer is in epsg 26190

 When setting a WFS server, there is no way currentlty to advertize the layer 
with espg 26190. 

  Note : there was a suggestion for using a non epsg code at the map level, 
but that does not work.

probably be the one working on it. If needed I will provide the -emails to

Is this bug still valid? Doesn't the map web object metadata wfs_srs solve this?
