Description

WMS 1.3.0 specification §7.2.4.3 allows the definition of a vocabulary attribute to keyword tags. For INSPIRE View services (WMS), it's mandatory.

This patch defines the metadata key keywordlist_items, keywordlist_vocabulary and keywordlist_XYZ_items. It does deprecated ..._keywordlist.

Thanks, the approach of using keywordlist_vocabulary and keywordlist_XYZ_items seems reasonable. Applied patch, slightly adjusted, to inspire sandbox with r13042.

Reminder to self: Don't forget to add documentation.
