OGC Cite WMS Test Suite-BBOX is not going around the pixel of the image

Description 

The request with a BBOX around the GOOSE Island named place is containing pixels
image of the lake (see on the left side).  The resulting image should contain
only white pixel

Status: new → closed 
The test verifies that none of the border pixels in the image returned are
white.  This not a bug.  I made a bad interpretation of the assertion.
