Remove any references left to CARTOLINE in MS 6.0 code and docs

We should remove any references left to CARTOLINE in MS 6.0 code and docs.

All that's left in the source is a few refs to MS_SYMBOL_CARTOLINE, and at least the following document will also need updating: http://mapserver.org/mapfile/symbology/construction.html

(Note that CARTOLINE stopped being functional for agg since MS 5.0 and there have been no user complaints)

I am working on mapfile/symbology/construction.html. However, I need to learn more about how the rendering works before I can finish it. It may still take some time. If you think that this is the only thing that is left, you can reassign the ticket to me.

I have created ticket #3824 for updating the symbol construction document. I close this ticket and mark it as fixed. jmckenna can reopen if there are problems with for instance the mapscript documentation.
