Description
According the my understanding of http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc1341/7_2_Multipart.html there should always be a newline before the boundary - it is considered to be part of the boundary.

A review of RFC 1341 supports your point. Patch applied (r10986) and msautotest results updated (r10985).
Also fixed in 5.6 branch (r10988).
