CGI does not work with Mapserver 5.4 on IIS

Description
Tested on IIS 5.1 (Windows XP) and IIS 6.0 (Windows Server 2003) ...
Got this error when enter: http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=C:/map.map
CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
The binary was from Tamas build : http://vbkto.dyndns.org:1280/sdk/Default.aspx

I would mention here (just in case) the recently discovered problem in geos-3-1 which may be the source of this problem either. Please do a test with the recent version of http://vbkto.dyndns.org:1280/sdk/Default.aspx
which was reverted to geos-3-0 that seems to be working correctly.
