Non-square wms query returns blank image

Description
When a WMS request contains non-square parameters values (the WIDTH and HEIGHT have a different ratio than the coordinates given in BBOX) then the result image of underlying orthophoto layer is not correct. It is completely blank. It does not matter if MS_NONSQUARE configuration parameter is set in the mapfile. The interesting point is that vector OGR layer defined in the same map file and stored in DGN file is returned correctly.

andrew2, in which format was the orthophoto? Did make any difference if you used another image format?
