I am getting: 

[Tue Apr 29 10:56:40 2008] [error] [client 145.50.90.103] msIO_printf(): General error message. Possible buffer overrun.

Changing the workBuffer from 8000 to 20000 in msIO_printf solved my issue, but I am hoping there is a more generic solution.
