Description

When a GetCoverage request is sent to a WCS 1.0.0 server with no time and no bbox specified, this server must return an exception.

The concerned Legacy CITE test is wcs1-0-0/getcoverage_operations/getcoverage_request/bbox/get/kvp/4 and

the request sent is: ​http://dev1.lan.mapgears.com/manwe/cgi-bin/mswcs100_ogc_cite?FoRmAt=GEOTIFF_INT16&ReQuEsT=GetCoverage&WiDtH=200&CoVeRaGe=ndvi&CrS=EPSG:4326&VeRsIoN=1.0.0&HeIgHt=100&SeRvIcE=WCS
