Description

Running ​http://devgeo.cciw.ca/cgi-bin/mapserv/ecows?service=WCS&version=1.0.0 returns a 500

Fixed in r7335. The following cases now return exception:

​http://devgeo.cciw.ca/cgi-bin/mapserv/ecows?service=WCS&version=1.0.0

​http://devgeo.cciw.ca/cgi-bin/mapserv/ecows?service=WCS&version=1.0.0&request=foo
