Support wrap, position, offset buffer, parameter for texts

Assefa: just a side note concerning the WRAP parameter: strings are now preprocessed and the wrap character is replaced by \n before being passed on to the renderers. so there shouldn't be a need to look for label->wrap in the svg code, but just wrap appropriately if \n is encountered.
