[Documentation] File name can be entered in SYMBOL item

Description 

In the Mapfile/Symbol Set Reference section of the documentation. In the class
section. The SYMBOL object does not mention that we can pass gif or png filename.

The SYMBOL parameter description in the CLASS/STYLE object should indicate that 
a gif/png image filename can also be provided as a symbol name in a CLASS/STYLE.
