store Mapfile dpi values in output images

Just a suggestion:

I created a print-tool for the purpose of printing to scale. It allows
adjustments to browser dpi (variable, typically 96), and custom resolutions, but
if an external application opens up the JPG from MapServer (or PHP_Mapscript),
it doesn't know the DPI setting, because this is not stored in the image. It
would be great if it could pick the "image DPI" when printing.

Also (unrelated), it would be useful if symbol sizes could be scaled with the
DPI, because currently a high dpi results in tiny symbols.
