Itemquerymap don't work with swf

Description 

With CGI the modes itemquerymap and itemnquerymap don't work if the imagetype 
is SWF. The response of server is:

msDrawQueryMap(): GD library error. Unable to initialize image. 

If imagetype is JPEG the response is correct.

The error is the same with querymap and nquerymap mode.

I'll mark this as fixed since the fix for bug 2017 in the current CVS HEAD
(v4.99) has merged the regular drawMap() and drawQueryMap() and should have
fixed this by the same way.

Please reopen if this issue is still present with the latest development version.
