Unable to add File items to a folder

Description 

In a folder object, I select Add->File.  I get a 404 error message, and a list  
of possible links to similar items - one of which appears to be a file object.   
Clicking on that link provides further errors.

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed 
this is no longer an issue, right?
