[MS Website] Add new level in left Table of Contents menu

Description

It would be nice if another level in the left Table of Contents existed. For
example, if a user clicks on "How-tos" in the left menu, the following page
should expand that how-tos section in the left menu, and display its subsection,
such as:

How-tos
   CGI
   Compiling
   Data Access
   General
   Mapscript
   OGC

This applies to other documentation types as well.

Is this possible with Plone?

ahhh here is what is needed: http://plone.org/documentation/how-to A table of
contents for the subsections displayed on the right. Can we have this enabled
for all doc types?

without this the page is very long and users would never be able to find
anything (the plone howto page is a good example of that, yuck haha)

for the record, when trying to implement the latest PHC version to add these
'sections' we ran into the "peekaboo I.E. bug".

Resolution: fixed

closing this one. The latest version of PloneHelpCenter (currently being tested
on http://shell.telascience.org:8080/ms_plone has this enabled for some of the
content types, but not all.
