Description 

PHP/MapScript *requires* PHP compiled with system regex. This is a bug and an
annoyance and impediment to MapServer's and PHP/MapScript's broad use. PHP's
standard is to use built-in regular expressions, it's what's installed via RPM,
FreeBSD's Ports, Debian APT. PHP/MapScript should be fixed.

Unix installation instruction are not available in the documentation. This is
for the current version of MapServer. This is a bug. Windows installation
instructions are available. Unix (Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS X) should be made
available. This should be fixed.
