typo in WMS time documentation

Description 

The WMS Time Support howto specifies "wms_default" as an optional parameter for
LAYER/METADATA when dealing with a default time.

This doesn't work for me using latest CVS.  "wms_timedefault" does.  So I'm
guessing this is should be changed.

This should be "wms_timedefault", in both the WMS Time Support Howto, and the
WMS Server howto.
