     10 * Sign up for, and use, an [http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid OSGeo UserID].  This ensures that you are notified of updates (without having to reveal your email address to the world) and that we can find you if we need to ask any questions.
    1011 * Write complete, reproducible, specific bug reports and include as much information as you possibly can, complete with code snippets, test cases, etc.
    1112 * Include a clear, concise description of the problem, identify the server and client platform, and provide a clear set of instructions for replicating the problem.
