Switching OWSPROXY on/off has no effect on cached GUIs

Description ¶
When OWSPROXY is switched between 'on' and 'off' in admin_XX_services/OWSPROXY this has no effect for the usage of this WMS in a cached GUI (mapframe1 has 'loadFromCache'=1).
Workaround:
You have to remove (all) files in /mapbender/cache/-directory before reloading the GUI.
Solution would be:
After changing WMS/OWSPROXY remove all GUI-Caches which use this WMS.

In the new version 2.8 we will have some further performance enhancements, that will be better than the gui caching in version 2.7.4 - please see: http://www.mapbender.org/Performance I will close the ticket for this reason ;-)
