"Delete basepoint" sometimes deletes more than one Basepoint

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • pull polygon into digitizing
  • select "Delete Basepoint"
  • hover over the basepoint to delete
  • move the mouse somewhere else
  • hover over the basepoint again and click

Expected result: One basepoint is deleted

Actual result: Two basepoints are deleted
