load application takes very long and throws an alert when lot of WMS are loaded

Description
When you have an application with lot of WMS and Layer (> 20) the application takes a long time to open.
In IE an alert opens whith a notice that a script produces a delay and whether you want to stop the script.
kmq already found out that the problem is treeGDE which needs too much time to build the tree up.

Some bigger enhancement was done - the applications load much faster no. Another solution is the using of a php cache. In geoportal.rlp apc is used now. The loading of the applications is now quite good. Let's close this ticket?
