The javascript Module is missing in trunk and 2.7 branch.

This API Function is used a few times by other Modules.
such as: mod_addWMSgeneralFunctions.js
mod_gazetteerMetadata.php
map_obj.js

It is deprecated. It had been an early wrapper for jQuery UI dialog. It should be replaced by jQuery UI dialog.
