GetFeatureInfo not selected or selectable when load layer by GET API

Description

If some layer is loaded by the new GET API, the FeatureInfo selectbox is not activated by default. Normally this box should be activated when loading the layer - or the activation should be set by the api (LAYER[featureinfo]=1 ?).

Parameter is "querylayer", see http://www.mapbender.org/GET-Parameter#LAYER
