missing translation for entries in treeGDE-Menu

Description
mapbender.conf: define("USE_I18N", true); define("LANGUAGE", "de");
start the standard gui and call the little menu in treeGDE. The entries (e.g. move down, hide menu, ... ) should appear in the predefined language but are still in english.

Problem seems to be associated with an old version of poedit. With poedit Version 1.4.6 it works fine.
