Description
With lat/lon-Coordinates ("EPSG 4326") now "scaleSelect" shows the right scale. But choosing a scale from the drop-down-list will switch to a wrong (much greater) scale.

- if you choose a sclae by scaletext the same effect occurs (wrong scale in scaleSelect)

will merge code from another project soon, before 2.6.1 is released. This bug should disappear then. will keep this ticket updated.
