resizeMapsize mode auto causes distorted map image

Description
When using the module resizeMapsize in mode "auto", then this will lead to a distorted or skewed map on startup, since the map is only resized but not repainted. Fix seems to be: set skipMapRequest to false by calling control with false, in mod_resize_mapsize.php line 123.
