Bug in Module "SelectMapsize"

Description
- insert module "SelectMapsize" in gui1 by using the sql-statement from http://www.mapbender.org/SelectMapsize
- open the gui1 and try to change the mapsize using the selectbox that was added in step 1
- this takes no effect! You have to click on "repaint" to get the desired mapsize.
