navigation during digitize works but creates new basepoints

Try to zoom in, zoom out or use the mapframe arrows during digitizing. Extent changes but a new basepoint in the place of the clicked icon in the old extent (more specifically, this is outside the old extent as no icons are inside). Limiting basepoint creation to current extent would solve the problem and allow nice flexible digitizing.

I can agree with you. I think, that it is a real blocker. If you create some bigger geometries and try to change your extent, you get always an unwished basepoint. So that mapbender doesn't have an undo function, you can delete your geometry and can start again!
