character '<' in featuretype value breaks geometry update when digitzing

Description
create a new geometry or fetch an existing geometry. Update a featuretype value to sth. containing a '<'. Click update or save. An error will occur.

The name was still not correctly display. I added a JS function htmlspecialchars and used it for the geometry name

will still fail for ']]>', but this will be fixed when I have a little more time on my hands. I'll leave the ticket open. We should add a function toCdata to the Mapbender object.
