wms capabilites load: remove duplicates in various elements

Description
When loading wms caps, there are sometimes duplicates in different elements (srs is already handled), e.g. image, featureinfo format. We should use the make-array-unique-mechanism also for these elements, otherwise loading of the wms is impossible, although it's not necessary an invalid caps doc.
