Description
in some modules in the administration textfields are added to filter the users to display. this textfields have to be explained in the guis and positioned at a sensible place

The idea of that filter is quit good, but it has problems with many resources - maybe more than 7000 users like in geoportal.rlp. The new idea is to use the jq tablesorter and maybe begin filtering only if input is greater than 3 signs.
