DynamicOverview does not use WMS ElementVar parameter

Description

The module DynamicOverview does not use the ElementVar parameter "mod_dynamicOverview_wmsIndex": http://www.mapbender.org/index.php/DynamicOverview#Element_vars

Instead the parameter given in the Overview module is used: http://www.mapbender.org/index.php/Overview

Bug Arnulf reported still exist:

  • The module DynamicOverview? does not use the ElementVar? parameter "mod_dynamicOverview_wmsIndex". Instead the parameter given in the Overview module is used
  • in addition: width and height from overviewmodule is used

possible Solution

  • we don't define the element_var mod_dynamicOverview_wmsIndex anymore
  • we add REQUIRES:overview and a notice, that the overview size and wms-id is take from the module overview
