mixed up wfs_conf_ids

when retrieving geometries via spatial request, the wfs_conf_ids get mixed up. There is a difference between the ID used in JavaScript and the one in the database.

1) To download the patch, follow the link "patch_129.txt", DO NOT RIGHT-CLICK AND DOWNLOAD! This will download the HTML site you see when you follow the link. Download at the bottom of that page, "Download in other formats: Original Format"
2) To apply the patch, use Eclipse and follow these instructions http://www.mapbender.org/index.php/Release_guide#applying_a_patch
If you know how to apply the patch via command line, let me know because I have never done that and I'm curious.
