WinGrass: reducing size of the installer

right, I agree with that. Feel free to modify GRASS-Package.bat (it's not package.sh).

thanks, anyway there are more files which could be excluded (too overworked to build the list of required files). Martin

this is maybe a step by step work excluding not needed files. so I'll dig into this step by step.
