Suggestion for the new (wx) grass-gui "File" menu

Dear wx-GUI developers, some ideas for the menus. Kind Regards, Nikos ---

1. I've re-touched a screenshot of the File menu (.png picture attached). The picture speaks itself.

2. Remove the word workspace from all (sub)entries under File > Workspace and have simply:

New #instead of New workspace
Open # instead of Open existing workspace
Load map layers
Save # instead...
Save as # instead...
Close # instead...

3. Change the entries under File > Map type conversions like:

from Raster to vector to Raster to Vector
from Raster series to volume to Raster series to Volume
from Vector to raster to Vector to Raster
etc.

I didn't take the time to "Capitalise" the first letter of the entries in the File menu. Just to make clear that I am not suggesting to have them (the terms raster, vector, etc. beginning with) lower case.

done in r34838 (6.4) and r34839 (7.0).

I don't see any reason why to capitalize 'to' map type...

About point 3: This suggestion is about making the Menu more aesthetic/easier to read. Not so important.
