r.tile not working with overlap

Problems:

• Specifying a overlap value, it gives: ERROR: Illegal latitude for North
• Geodesic support to work in lat lon seems missing. Note that it is probably the most common case to work in lat lon when dealing with large files that need to be tiled.
• Please add example in the manual page

Enhancement:

• It would be nice to have the possibility to specify different overlap values for rows and cols, if for example overlap is desired only along columns
