is not being sync'd with the version from SVN:
http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/browser/grass-web/trunk/grass62/binary/mswindows/
since at least January (r29735).

yes, updated there but not the version shown below the directory listing at

There was a leftover index.html in that directory (during OSGe migration somehow generated) which won the race against README.html. Now removed and it works:
