Groups dragging in wxpython GUI

Description

Every time a group is dragged in the GIS Manager (wxpython GUI) a map in the group is deleted. See group1.png before dragging and group2.png after dragging. In tcltk GUI the dragging works well.

Right, layer tree management in wxGUI needs major refactoring. The current implementation is quite buggy. Refactoring is task for G7.
