WXGUI About GRASS dialog should allow to copy version information

About GRASS info dialog should allow to copy version information for more easy bug reporting.

Ideally it should provide button "Copy information for bugreport" that would contain various versions and relevant configuration parameters necessary for GRASS bug solving.

Backported to devbr6 (r53311) and relbr64 (r53312). After the confirmation that it works also in 6.4.3svn we could close the ticket.
