When GRASS is launched it stops because the MSVCR71.DLL is not found

When GRASS is launched it stops inmediately with the message: ¨Error when starting the application because the MSVCR71.dll was not found. The reinstallation could solve the problem.¨ I´ve reinstalled GRASS and it shows exactly the same error message. The name of the module that appears on the top of the eeror message window is ¨g.dirseps.exe¨. The OSGeo4W is already installed in my computer. The operating system is Windows XP 32 although the CPU is 64 bits. Thanks
